- What would you improve about your company's interview process?Interview process took a long time, and included archaic techniques including a personality test and an aptitude test, both of which are shown to introduce bias to the hiring process. Designers are also asked to do a 10-hour project to move forward. Requiring free labor before Day 1 sets a bad tone.
