I have never worked for a worse company in my life. They are age-ist and they also force mandatory overtime.

Senior members in leadership have a genuine interest in helping new hires that know what they need. Newer leaders are likely to get your most voluminous work out of you for a short period.

My TL is great and that dictates most of your work. Others arent so lucky and quickly look for a new job or team.

I know that new employees are getting paid way more than I am and I don't understand why.

Salary is middle of the road for most careers (compared to similar roles in tech), and benefits do not make up the difference.

Work from home policies can be improved. Larger stock options for all employees. Larger 401k match. Paying workers more often rather than once/month. More vacation days for all employees. 10/year to start is really troubling.

Doing similar work to other teams but our compensation is much lower. Below market average.

Working with EHR analysts employed my a hospital means that many of them genuinely care about others. It's refreshing to see that perspective in US healthcare where benevolence is constantly fighting with business interest.

Paid onsite travel, well-structured day.

Gave a good overview of company

Interview process took a long time, and included archaic techniques including a personality test and an aptitude test, both of which are shown to introduce bias to the hiring process. Designers are also asked to do a 10-hour project to move forward. Requiring free labor before Day 1 sets a bad tone.

Being appreciated in a specific capacity or for a specific action. Most times that comes from customers, many times from peers and sometimes from internal leadership.

Working with great people, and seeing the incredible impact we make every day.
