The yearly salary adjust is not enough comparing with the country's inflation. They prefer to invest in new employees than the people who have years working there and have all the experience and disposition to help the company to grow.

The executive team really needs to focus on treatment of employees, retaining good ones, and not being ok with leaders who manage up but treat employees below them terribly.

The office is old and dark. The is a very clear top to bottom mentality with management.
