The flexibility and how much management trusts us to do our jobs without micromanaging.

I like the flexibility we are allowed to have in performing our jobs to the best of our ability.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a contractor and I wish there were more opportunities for contractors to be hired on as regular employees.

The job was exactly as they described in the interview, they did not advertise one thing and then make you do another.
