Compassionate, family oriented, employee focused, customer focused; just literally the best of all worlds.

They're flexible for those that are hiring from the outside. The process takes a really long time, months, but it's totally worth it!

Sometimes it's difficult because I have to care for my kids, but overall my team cares for each other and is always willing to lead a hand.
What makes you most happy at work?
The confidence that is placed in my to get my job done without having someone micro-managing me. That other than my deadlines, I can work at my own pace.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is very positive! Upper management cares about the health and wellbeing of each employee, to the extent that they actively encourage self improvement, community improvement, and global improvement - even during working hours.
