helping employees,most of the time

Managing, and treating people like people

Dont know enough about it to say
Pay is good, health ins is very good, and they even offer a Pension along with 401K
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on COL I am now making less than when I started. Our insurance is horrible!
Management has no respect for the people on the floor. Pay is average
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone mostly gets along well and likes to laugh and play from time to time.
Work hard and have fun
hard working good minded people

We need proper training we are properly trained and get write ups for it
We need decent tools to work with

How kind the hourly employees are
People treated fairly and plenty of opportunities for advancement
safe effective work environment daily

Management that knows how to run a factory

Easy and straight forward - not acting to fussy
