What do you like best about the leadership team?
He is always willing to come to events and chat with employees; he shares his vision and has no issue pivoting if there is a better direction at any point in time. Doesn't lose the direction going just moves it back and allows another direction to come forward with the leadership team give solution

The Workday Delivery leadership is knowledgeable and give you the space to grow but the support you need. They're entuned to helping you as an employee and maintaining that work/life balance.
My team leader is amazing and she really cares about you as a person. She is also incredibly invested in making sure you have what you need for your job.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team works together, supports each other while encouraging creativity. There is a sense of belonging here, and a feeling that you are valued not just as a worker but as a person.

This is one of the strongest teams I have ever worked with. They are always willing to help each other and although have their own work, they are never too busy to help out. They know how to prioritize and have no issue saying sorry not right now but at the time. Fabulous group of people!

They are so helpful and willing to lend a hand when I need it. They also are invested in making sure everyone has what they need to succeed.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Collaboration, team building events, town hall meetings monthly to keep the entire group informed about where we are where we are going and what the next is. They celebrate everything which is really awesome.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to meet a large number of people from the Team that I would be working with. They were looking for a good fit to the team dynamics and everyone got to ask questions.

I love being able to work and have unlimited PTO. I also like the occasional travel and flexibility.

I would like to see the bonus structure to be a little better when it comes to impacts.
