He is always willing to come to events and chat with employees; he shares his vision and has no issue pivoting if there is a better direction at any point in time. The Workday Delivery leadership is knowledgeable and give you the space to grow but the support you need. They're entuned to helping you as an employee and maintaining that work/life balance.
