What's going wrong and how can it be improved?They dont appreciate what alot of the workers do. All they care about is production and then never show any type of appreciation nor show any compensation for the hard work. Also most people are under paid unless your in the "circle"
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Because i know how much my position makes in other companies and im no where close to that. Not to mention im being asked to do way more things then what my position calls for. Dont have a problem with that but show that you appreciate that
