Pay that's about it everything else is horrible

Management and better advancement opportunities

To late every one working at that terminal are disappointed with management.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Management hire better management or send them to a management course class

What did you like most about the interview process?

Not good every one they hiring dont have a clue or dont even know how to drive a forklift

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

New management and give there senior employees opportunities to grow and not promote because they kiss ass or family member with supervisor.
