Not the owners fault but they really need to see who they are hiring to run there terminal I work for terminal 184 3 years ago it was a great job now is the worst job I have worked for I'm going to quit today.

Pay that's about it everything else is horrible

To late every one working at that terminal are disappointed with management.

Management hire better management or send them to a management course class

Not good every one they hiring dont have a clue or dont even know how to drive a forklift
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
New management and give there senior employees opportunities to grow and not promote because they kiss ass or family member with supervisor.
