Local terminal management at Savannah lack integrity! The atmosphere created by the Management Team is one that everyone else has to take responsibilty for their actions except the ones who creat the hostile environment.

Change management staff at the local level.

Each group i guess works well amongst themselves but do nothing to help to overall greater good of the terminal.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Made you feel good and were valued but then you realize after being there for some time you are just a number.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually being True Leaders! A True Leader does not lead from the front but instead leads from behind. To be the one to be able to see what actually is going on and correct it while observing the morale! You can not see where you need to go if you are always looking behind you!
