As a line haul driver you can make a great living with decent benifits. Central dispatch is absolutely horrible and rude with a few exceptions. They don't answer you're questions, they don't tell you goodbye they just hang up while you are confirming they dispatched you when selfdispatch don't work
What do you like best about the leadership team?
At Estes you are a means to an end. They pay you well but as an individual I am not sure if they care at all. I come here for the money and benefits. Best thing about management is when they leave you alone.
