it started off great i was really excited about joining the company, then weeks into it co-worker's (guys who been there) began to harass and bother me by cutting me off with there forklift, blocking me with the forklift and just being rude and inconsiderate

Nothing they are full of ego and self pride in my eyes
What did you like most about the interview process?
I interviewed with the terminal manager and he was very open straight forward I like that
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
better training, working in a safe clean environment, we need something that will bring us together and bridge gaps
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact I worked hard and did as much as I could to help the terminal in every way possible
