Get replaced and exam their souls.
Toxic place to work. Management goofs off daily and has their own little clique. Instead of giving their hard workers raises, they like to use that money to send management to Hornets,Panthers, and Checkers games and they use the suites. Management come & go as they please.
Healthcare benefits are very strong with Ethan Allen.
A leadership that supported their sales team instead of financially bankrupting the interior designers vs not paying them to do interior design, marketing and bring in customers vs a leadership they sit on the beach with pockets filled with cash off the backs of those they drive down. Greed.
Inexperienced management with zero zest.
Some of the coworkers are rude and only out for themselves. They all talk about each other.

Overheard manager who interviewed someone making fun of them. Management should take all job candidates seriously.
Team friends clients and compensation

the manager. Have the same communication and trust. and group work
Toxic work environment and management should be more caring to employees instead of having their own little clique
