Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very down to earth, straight edge leadership. We know our expectations and communication is kept simple. No real complaints here, especially when compared to other work experiences.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to fill positions when people leave the company. Spreading the work around to the existing employees puts an undu burden and stress on those employees. People are getting burned out.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair compensation compared to other organizations.
Excellent pay for the job, very rewarding. Especially in Field Services, employees welfare is of genuine concern as is suitable compensation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Always asked to help out despite struggling and advising managers of this!!!
If they hired at least 1 person to help with the workload we were left with when 2 people left that would greatly help. I feel that because I am a salaried employee, I get taken advantage of with overtime. Working 50-60 hours/week without any kind of compensation.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A constantly changing work environment with new challenges and great exposure to development opportunities. Friendly, forward thinking culture.

Safety is a very large part of our organization and it is evident anywhere you go in the shop.

Very smooth interview process, retained its formality but wasn't over bearing.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
be fair and at least learn to hide your biases
What makes you most happy at work?
Rewarding projects, great travel opportunites and fantastic colleagues. The people make this place.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They need to right size the business and pay people what the deserve to retain them longer.
