Actually knowing how retail works, valuing employees in a real way and not just in the coporate positivity BS emails the CEO sends out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not a single person who works in the stores is paid as they should be, from sales associates to store directors. I would feel better if their was more FT opportunities and if the FT people earned an actual living wage.
