  • The work schedule is not very flexible. The Corporate office opens at 8am and they expect the day to start no later than 8. Once you’re finished in the field, they expect you to enter CRM notes from home or office before you stop working for the day. You must be available by phone and email constantly.

  • I do not have a lot of interaction with the HR department. The company has been through a couple of HR specialists since I’ve been here. There have been times they’ve gone without a HR employee.
