How would you compare interviewing at Evergreen to other places you've interviewed?
This was the most drawn out interviewing process I’ve ever experienced.
What should I wear for an interview at Evergreen?
I recommend business attire for the interview.
What does the ideal candidate in the Sales department look like at Evergreen?
The ideal candidate must be an energetic, self motivated female or male that doesn’t ask many questions.
In your opinion, what are the most common interview questions that Evergreen asks?
They ask a lot of questions regarding the amount of business you can bring to the table.
How flexible is your work schedule at Evergreen?
The work schedule is not very flexible. The Corporate office opens at 8am and they expect the day to start no later than 8. Once you’re finished in the field, they expect you to enter CRM notes from home or office before you stop working for the day. You must be available by phone and email constantly.

How helpful was your Sales team when you were first hired at Evergreen?
The sales team seemed helpful when I was first hired. But the company is now working with minimal employees, so there isn’t much support in any department.
What's the work from home policy like at Evergreen?
If you work from home you had better become efficient at note taking. CRM notes are expected to be entered daily and they run reports every morning to verify.
Does Evergreen drug test or do a background check?
Evergreen does random drug testing.
What's the internship program like at Evergreen?
I do not believe Evergreen has an internship program.
How does Evergreen handle HR issues?
I do not have a lot of interaction with the HR department. The company has been through a couple of HR specialists since I’ve been here. There have been times they’ve gone without a HR employee.
How innovative is Evergreen?
I would say that Evergreen is not very innovative. We spend a lot of time keeping notes, duplicating work and writing reports.
How does Evergreen measure success and growth in the Sales department?
Evergreen constantly changes the way they measure growth in the Sales department. This means that commission is not based on the amount of business you bring in. A new employee would need to be flexible and keep an open mind.
What skills do you need to be successful in the Sales department at Evergreen?
To be successful in the sales department a person would need to be a sales “hunter”. A new member of the sales team would need to bring a lot of large accounts with them to the company.
How are layoffs handled in the Sales department at Evergreen?
I’ve seen employees get laid off without warning. I’m always walking on egg shells wondering if I’ll be next.
Why work for Evergreen?
Evergreen is ok if you are looking for a temporary position. The company is small, individually owned and they constantly go through employees.
How's the morale at Evergreen?
The morale seemed healthy in the beginning, but as time goes by it seems like many people are not happy. I notice a lot of fake smiling.
