How employees describe working at Conifer
Our IT department isn't good. We outsource to Mexico now. It was India. Our computer program has a lot of glitches and issues. Raises are not the best. Usually 2% or less. Managers are not well trained. Insurance is not the best. I like being at home and I like working 4 10 hr days a week.

What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Conifer?
I wish I had known that the supervisors and managers would never have your back. I worked there for 5 yrs and I was harassed by management bc of my religious beliefs. The bullying I endured no person should have to live with.
