I was really excited about the culture when I first started, but then realized most of the important conversations are done with scripts, so hard to trust the execs. They do a great job keeping remote work fun, I just don't feel like there is room to grow here

Say that there are opportunities for growth, but when asking for more responsibilities, they don't provide any. So really hard to make more money too.

I do feel like we should do performance based annual raises, because I do think I'm worth more to the company now than I was a few years ago when I started.

With the price of the cost of living, many of us are living paycheck to paycheck - books about investing aren't super helpful when many are struggling to pay for necessities. Raises are very few and far between & when you do receive one, you're basically told it can be taken away if you slip up

I'd love to see the salaries offered here a little bit more competitive with the current market and inflation.
