Its been a fantastic experience working here. I wish there was more involvement with my career growth though

I love the work I do, my coworkers, and the support I get from my team. Benefits are ok, but I hope they continue to improve as the company grows. I've grown so much as an employee since starting at Everlight, and I'm excited to continue to do so.

Salaries are competitive compared to the job market. There are also incentives for pay increase.

I don't feel that I am paid my worth and an increase in pay would allow me to feel that

I do not feel undervalued, more compensation for the workload would be better but the company makes me feel valued in many other ways. For that reason and knowing compensation can always be negotiated, I feel valued.

I am told that my field doesn't make as much money as another field but I am being pulled on to calls with people on that field to help them.

I would like more to be done about our retirement plan. I also dont feel enough is done to promote promoting on my team.

Asking for help is strongly encouraged, and leads/coworkers have never made me feel dumb for asking questions.

Focus on personal growth

The company's core values are not just lip service. They guide daily decisions and attitudes of all team members. Everyone is all in, all the time.

I feel micromanaged and like I am not trusted to competently do my job. Executives and other higher ups will come in with urgent "911" needs at the end of day and pressure to stay working later to fulfill the request even though it easily could have waited until the next business day.
