It's been a fantastic first year working in this small, dynamic organization that is on a focused mission in optimizing the effectiveness of promotions and pricing in the retail space.
I love working here. The best part really is the people and the culture. The work itself is exciting too, but the people here truly care about each other and support each other. It makes it a really great place to work.
So far, the experience has been extremely positive. The organization is small but run in an efficient but friendly and supportive way. Everyone's actions feel focused on doing what is right for the firm and its customers instead of trying to do what best for one's own needs. Trust is everywhere.

What's the work from home policy like at Eversight?

When we return to the office (post COVID), we will likely be moving to a flex model where employees will be able to choose if they want to be in person, remote, or mixed.
Update: We are a remote first company, with a small office in Chicago that some employees choose to work from several days a week. Everyone else is otherwise fully remote.
Eversight's work from home policy is very flexible. The majority of the office works from home on Fridays. Monday through Thursday, the goal is to have everyone in the office, but the company is very flexible when it comes to appointments, family matters, early morning calls, etc.
