Leadership needs to understand that good engineer are not necessarily the best at managing people and leading teams. Place more value on building teams and showing your employees you value them.
Base salary was very low Travel Expenses were never reimbursed in a timely manner. This caused me, as an employee, to be essentially out of pocket up to over $1000 a month. Benefits were very expensive and ate a substantial amount of monthly pay.
