Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because my pay does not reflect the size and complexity of my portfolio, and bonuses depend heavily on retention factors outside my control. A higher base salary, clearer growth opportunities, and incentives tied more closely to individual performance would feel fairer.
They don't care about us. It's unfortunate
They gave us all raises but now are laying off everyone and reorganizing for the third time in a year.
