Evolves leaders admitted that things are 'messy'. Its probable they overpromised their investors because within 4 months of each other they had two 20% lays offs. In leiu of laying off their sales dept, they inflated goals and do not provide enough leads to meet quota. Values and ethics do not align

If you like to participate in creating something meaningful, managing change for others, and having real impact - work here. Be prepared to work hard. You should expect that from yourself anyway.

They gave us all raises but now are laying off everyone and reorganizing for the third time in a year.

Support! All team members including direct managers have been scrambling daily to meet inflated quotas. Everyday we suport each other mentally, emotionally, and professionally to try to keep our jobs.

I felt they cared and really would put their team members first "our guests aren't happy if our team members aren't happy" - man was this all a lie

The interviewers allowed me not only to showcase my own strengths, but also find out more about the people I was applying to work for or with in the position, and their outlooks.

The answers to my questions really showed the hiring team's pride in their company.

They oversell themselves on how successful they set their employees up for their roles.
