What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our CEO recently advised they are purposefully shifting the culture at Evolve. It used to be positive, now it seems as if it is dead.

Like I keep pointing out...the Evolve goals for the company are just very simple, easy, open, obtainable goals that create a fast-paced positive work environment.
Open and honest culture with defined goals and rewards.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop hiring then laying off people. The seems to be the method of growth control. Planning at Evolve is useless sine upper leadership is so sporadic.
