What are some of the best things about your team?
Support! All team members including direct managers have been scrambling daily to meet inflated quotas. Everyday we suport each other mentally, emotionally, and professionally to try to keep our jobs.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our CEO recently advised they are purposefully shifting the culture at Evolve. It used to be positive, now it seems as if it is dead.

Like I keep pointing out...the Evolve goals for the company are just very simple, easy, open, obtainable goals that create a fast-paced positive work environment.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I interviewed about 5 years ago so I don’t know about the process no
felt it was truly genuine
I felt they cared and really would put their team members first "our guests aren't happy if our team members aren't happy" - man was this all a lie
The interviewers allowed me not only to showcase my own strengths, but also find out more about the people I was applying to work for or with in the position, and their outlooks.
The answers to my questions really showed the hiring team's pride in their company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being at home but still having a great network to build skills, answer questions and to make bonds!
Helping others have a great vacation. We really are here to make travel easy for everyone....even when it isn't that easy!
