What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be honest and transparent. Define goals. Take responsibility. Gain knowledge of the field they are working in.
The PDS business segment needs direction. The leadership has no vision for the BHM site and only chases the perceived profitability. Decisions are not strategic and they are unable to organize and respond to events that occur. Poor prioritization results in the teams juggling multiple rush tasks.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The coverage is very good.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Payment is not market comparable.
The base compensation is not as competitive as comparative chemical companies and parity between salaries for men and women.
experienced workers should not get lower raises when perform well than newer younger workers. I work hard and provide mentoring and good example. I may not be moving up the corporate ladder at this point in my career yet still earn the raise in salary
I make considerably less than my last position but wanted to work for a company that is moving forward

We work as a team.
The willingness to collaborate and support one another.
cooperation and helpfulness. knowledge and willingness to work together for common good
My team "gets it." They really understand what we are trying to acocmplish as a group.

No responsibility to the clients. Many failure. No clear strategy. No appreciation of input. Everything has to run over upper managment
