Review from Customer Support Dept
Take responsibility in their work ethic and come in with a " team player" mind set. if in doubt I would want them to ask questions instead of just " doing it." I sometimes feel the division between day shift and night shift.
Most people are not motivated to show their best self at work. Most of them are just getting by. We don't have a high performance culture because incentive is not there.
Review from Marketing Dept
Team building supported by the company. Teams for start-ups and teams who have changed over more than 50% of its team in the past year should try and identify ways to figure out everyone's communicating styles and personalities. Communication is key and everyone is different.
My coworkers are specialized and work remotely because the office is located in an area that does not have enough specialists and the company does not pay enough to get people to move to that unattractive location.

Evonik core values, improve communication, and accountability
More work less talking. Helping each other out.
They need to stop complaining about their job and be thankful that they have a job.
Communication is very poor. A lot of times they do not reply on time and do not do what needs to be done in a timely manner.
Review from Sales Dept
Being in the office and working together
They could be a little more appreciative of working for Evonik.
After remote work practices, sharing personal and business experiences and interactions stopped
Review from Engineering Dept
They need more empowerment. Operations are still silo'd without roles that can work effectively across teams. Each team is personally responsible for a specific service, so getting all teams together to troubleshoot an issue or provide new services, especially regionally, is difficult.
Review from IT Dept
Some coworkers are unhelpful and form cliques with other coworkers, creating an environment where some feel excluded. These cliques make it difficult to be a team, when there are smaller groups within the whole.
Review from Engineering Dept
My answer of "No" to the previous question was meant to be neutral, but leaning "No" since I personally separate business and friendship-like relationships.
Some coworkers aren't held accountable for lack for work
Review from IT Dept
Appreciate if there are more talented and smart workers

WE as a team have a few great techs who go above and beyond. While there are more techs who are complacent with doing less than their job requires them to do.
The culture at this plant is in such disarray there is absolutely no comradery. The management in Weston is not interested in keeping there present workforce by way of there actions.
