James M. Kohosek — Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Business Operations at Evoqua Water Technologies

Mr. James M. Kohosek, also known as Jim, has been an Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Business Operations at Evoqua Water Technologies LLC since August 17, 2017 and EWT Holdings I Corp. since January 2017. Mr. Kohosek has more than 30 years of experience in the industry. He served as the President of Products & Technologies Division at Evoqua Water Technologies LLC from January 2017 to August 17, 2017. He served as an Executive Vice President of Infrastructure Business Segment and Vice President at Kennametal Inc. since July 1, 2014. He served as Vice President of Global Surface Technologies at Kennametal Inc. from July 2013 to June 2014. He also retained his previous responsibilities for company-wide R&D, Engineering, Sales Operations and Strategic Marketing. He joined Evoqua in January of 2016 and brought a wealth of experience delivering profitable growth in a variety of industries including oil & gas, power generation, petrochemical, refining, mining and construction. Before joining Evoqua, he held senior management positions in a number of companies including President of Infrastructure Division at Kennametal from 2014 to 2015, the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ingersoll Industrial Technologies Sector from 2002 to 2007 and the President of Westinghouse Communications from 1998 to 2001. He joined Kennametal in September 2008. Among prior positions at Kennametal, he served as Vice President for The Global Transportation Industry and Vice President of The General Industrial Unit. Mr. Kohosek holds BSBA in Accounting and Finance from Shippensburg University and he also attended the Executive Development Program at the Wharton School of Business. He holds an Executive MBA at the University of Utah.
