What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The lack of decision making capability of the management teams. Zero communication
We are a collaborative organization with a leadership team that is easyvto communicate with.
It's nice to be able to get the job done

The company preaches work life balance but does nothing to promote that philosophy.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Talked with people actually doing the job.
The HR staff was extremely helpful.
