I know I'll always laugh at least once at work
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Employees should be able to review supervisors and change should be implemented based upon this feedback.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It takes too long and there is not enough transparency in to what is happening during some of the radio silences.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management is out of touch with their employees and middle managers are incompetent, making them useless as an escalation point for technical issues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My manager treats his employees like automatons and doesn't care about our concerns. A general interest in our well being and seeking to make our work environment welcoming and supportive would go a long way.
