We are a family that helps each other

We are cohesive and push each other to be better in a supportive way. We espouse Radical Candor.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Understand simple functions of the job

Stop being snarky, understand custom code is separate from bought product, app admins have app/product issue responsibility, stop asking custom code writer to solve product issues, followup with vender better.
