Understand simple functions of the job
Stop being snarky, understand custom code is separate from bought product, app admins have app/product issue responsibility, stop asking custom code writer to solve product issues, followup with vender better.
again, honesty and trust are missing due to the lead of executives. exclusion is promoted in the corporation
