What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understand that transferring knowledge requires time outside an 80% meeting calendar, you can’t assign all development to one person, if you give a project to another person it’s not because of the fault of the owner. Sw development is process that requires problem solving. Understand bet

Salaries in my field keep increasing. Not sure Excellus can keep up.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Understand simple functions of the job
Stop being snarky, understand custom code is separate from bought product, app admins have app/product issue responsibility, stop asking custom code writer to solve product issues, followup with vender better.
again, honesty and trust are missing due to the lead of executives. exclusion is promoted in the corporation
