What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very engaging and learns about their employees. Listens to what you have to say. Makes an effort to teach and grow the team
They actually care about me and my success
Leadership is super open to feedback and truly listens. They make their decisions based on a People First approach.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to employees, leadership will never never side with you. at most youll get "its he said/she said so we'll leave it at that"
It seems like no one ever knows what's going on, it feels like they sit behind closed doors all day. they have no clue what employees are going through at this company.
Engaging with the employees. The entire company seems to be in utter chaos most of the time.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Highly competitive insurance with hsa. Overall it's a above average even though not the best in the industry. Company is not public but bonuses given for performance
Flexible schedule. Opportunity to bonus.
Benefits are fair (and costs of insurance) are fair and well covered.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
for working 10 hours days, youll be lucky to put 7 hours on the books. pay is far below average
What are some of the best things about your team?
after asking enough you get some help when you struggle. there are some very knowledgeable co-workers but very few SMEs
Good teamwork and sharing of knowledge
My team is like family.
Great camaraderie. It really feels like family.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The team at Executech is a huge mixed bag. Even though the company stresses professionalism, a lot of the company consultants need to improve on their communication skills. There is a lot of irrational passive/aggressive behavior.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You don't do fun stuff, you work, if you want to do the fun stuff you have to make up for your time you weren't working.
We are always trying to be better.
Their is a great culture of friendliness and inclusion. The company has activities all the time and so do individual teams.
Most of the time is spent with clients as a consultant. Many are very friendly, and I have a great time with them.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Since I'm a former employee for this company, it was a breeze of fresh air being respected and valued from the start at my new one.
The interviewers were engaging and are my direct reports instead of some hr rep that doesn't care about the hire
They gave me an offer quickly.
The questions were honest and thorough.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Better coordination. No one knew that I was interviewing and the whole thing felt ad hoc.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy having customers satisfied with my work

The fulfillment of working on new and exciting projects. Making connections and building relationships.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
techs are spread too thin and there is too much work to be done, but management keeps bringing in more and more clients. dropping quality and over promising
