What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership can produce results but usually at the cost of their employees mental health.
Leaders are decent, some great and some good. It does not matter because their decision making power is very limited.

The worker bees are great for the most part. Collaborative as much as the senior leadership will allow

Genuinely good people, especially now, since misery loves company.

I work with great people who are dedicated to company mission.
Employees are passionate about the mission.
Camaraderie, which we are losing as people start leaving.

The head of the department was very warm and welcoming.

Accomplishing my goals and getting my projects finished
