it has been great. not everything is awesome, but thats everyjob. no job is going to be pleasant all the time.. it really depends on you perspective. nobody likes working with chickens but its a great job for the pay, and benefits. and i love the overtime

equal opportunity for promotions and new hires. oh and i love the fact that they allow overtime. because i have needed it. i feel like i will be there for years because of the great pay, they benefits and chance for advancement within the company and the retirement plan is great
