I feel like im using too much personal gas to get there ans back.
Yes. Treat me like an human. Acknowledge that I exist.

They are independent and hardworking they get the job done
they are diverse and friendly

More training and support would help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I make my own positive development any any stage
equal opportunity for promotions and new hires. oh and i love the fact that they allow overtime. because i have needed it. i feel like i will be there for years because of the great pay, they benefits and chance for advancement within the company and the retirement plan is great

The fun we all have workin together as a team
i am kind of to myself so i get a lot of time to pray while im working
Being around my co worker and bring life
