Mr. Pierre Plamondon, CPA, CA, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at EXFO Inc (formerly, EXFO Electro-Optical Engineering Inc) since January 1996. Prior to joining EXFO Electro-Optical Engineering Inc., Mr. Plamondon served as a Senior Manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (formerly, Price Waterhouse) from September 1981 to December 1995 in Canada and France. He has been a Member of the Board of Directors of SOVAR Inc. (Societe de valorisation des applications de la recherche de l'Universite Laval) since December 2000. He is the Director of UI Capital Inc. He has been a Director of Urbanimmersive Inc. (a/k/a, Urbanimmersive Technologies Inc) since October 04, 2012. He served as a Director at EXFO from December 1999 to May 2000. Mr. Plamondon has been a Member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1983. Mr. Plamondon holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a license in Accounting, both from Laval University in Canada.
