tech is GARBAGE and we don't hold our vendors or employees accountable and needs to change fast... smart people will leave.. u unless we are just going for the avg agent to grow our rev share.. then I get why we do nothing... would be nice to hear that though so I know we will do nothing.

my team is great.. exp corporate and workers aren't

I don't think they know whats going on...realtors aren't technical people ...they are sales people..
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
my team, upline and team leader keep me here... NOT exp corporate or its vendors
What did you like most about the interview process?
its fine... videos are used and then follow up with good people in my upline
What is the best part about your compensation package?
rev share, stock options..but need to do a better job explaining the stock and make sure people in companies like KW and elsewhere understands REVENUE VS PROFIT .. and they own NOTHING in their company and their brokerage is worth NOTHING
