Maybe its because it is a virtual company and the executives are not flippantly casual with each other and I find that the conversations among the top executives are focused and professional. The executives at eXp are very agent centric and levelheaded when making decisions.

The leadership team needs to hire better executives and set up a financial reporting and accounting structure that tracks budgets and spending.
The top needs to know what happens on the operation side of the business and lower management positions. There is a disconnection between top executives vision and direction and the lower management and administrative staff who does the grunt work. No way to know how one is being evaluated.

Hiring brokers and staffers who have good customer service skills and have a desire to help people. Not just those who want a paycheck or couldnt cut it as brokers elsewhere.
If expworld is to be the primary way for us to have meetings, then it needs to be enhanced, bugs fixed, and offerings enhanced.
