I would say the experience level was inadequate of a lot of thr co workers and relevant education was needed

The broker I work for plays favorites and is very narrow minded with limited skills. She's offensive to her staff, rude and disliked by the agents. The company claims to be agent centric but this broker takes great pride in humiliating agents and holds them in low regard.
