Company has unrealistic working expectations, if you don't work at least 50+ hours a week you will not be able to keep up. Absolutely no direction or training and very poor leadership.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the health benefits were reasonable.

They communicated quickly and was very informative during the process

The comapny is growing very fast with very little to support the growth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not much was positive, day one was thrown in with virtually no direction, no training or guidance.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I think they need to be better engaged with their employees, set realistic expectations, communicate and stop micromanaging.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I would say the experience level was inadequate of a lot of thr co workers and relevant education was needed
