As a virtual company, our meetings tend to be more directed and effective. We come in prepared and do not waste time talking about outside issues. Very productive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Maybe its because it is a virtual company and the executives are not flippantly casual with each other and I find that the conversations among the top executives are focused and professional. The executives at eXp are very agent centric and levelheaded when making decisions.
