As the company grew there was lots of chaos. What was an amazing place was handed off to incompetent management. As a result, there's a serious retention problem with agents. Many policies and procedures don't work well but are strictly enforced.

Replace the middle level management
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It needs the founder to re tool the company. The account receivable department is out of control.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The people I interviewed with are no longer at the company but they were lovely. They made me very enthusiastic about the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The executives in the Broker's Operations division are inept and lack integrity. The original management started a wonderful company that has been completely perverted by the current middle management team.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The broker I work for plays favorites and is very narrow minded with limited skills. She's offensive to her staff, rude and disliked by the agents. The company claims to be agent centric but this broker takes great pride in humiliating agents and holds them in low regard.
