That I am part of a team and the collaboration. I feel valued, not taken for granted
What is the best part about your compensation package?
great health insurance and the company pays the bulk of the monthly costs and all of the costs with higher deductibles. Great options!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Awesome ROM and we have fun but get out job done. We are agent obsessed and I feel the agents understand and see this.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are great at communicating and I feel valued as an employee. They are constantly adding new benefits and actually make working virtually fun.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Management is always adding fun things to do on our virtual platform. We can work hard and play hard and its a very positive environment to grow and constantly learn
What did you like most about the interview process?
That during a pandemic, I did not do a zoom type of meeting where I feel you are being analyzed so much and actually had a avatar that I got to dress and to me it was an added level of stress removed
