What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leadership at the Exploratorium lack's depth and understanding of the museum's underlying mission. At present they seem determined to leverage the brand name in hopes of raising enough money to keep the place afloat. No long range plan or vision.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? The museum only compensates the executive team and senior managers well. Everyone else is left fighting for scraps.
