Their work ethic, seeing how passionate they are about what they do and knowing we are aligned in our goals is great to see.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better about my compensation if it was higher. I have experience with the PEO industry, specifically with EHR; as well as the HRIS system we use. I have extensive experience in client facing scenarios, so I feel my compensation could increase.
