Somehow we always have fun. Busy times, recently in uncertain times, we still are smiling.

I was able to meet with members of the executive team. It let me feel as if they really wanted me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lots of acknowledgment is given out for people working extremely hard. We all feel as if we are in this together in trying to make Extensis the best company possible.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to create new ideas and build on what we have in place. It is never stagnent, we have the opportunity to better our product and have mentors and experts around to help us see it through.
