I think the company tries to do better and in doing so creates too much bureaucracy than actually makes things worse! Only allowing part-time employment to save on benefits, yet expecting full time motivation to "required" reading and testing on mostly policy changes. For inadequate compensation!
From my first day, through the daily training and availability of management and other, more experienced employees, it has been a pleasure
