Good results for the group are rewarded with the bonus structure, which drives me to want to succeed and feel that my input is rewarded
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview was challenging, as I would expect it to, but was very comfortable and the company sold themselves to me as well as the other way round.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody works hard and maximises their time, but there is no pressure put on anyone to work longer hours and projects and goals from the leadership of the company are in line with that.
